I'm a skinner, of sorts, and one of the first threads I posted to this forum was about skinning monsters.

In the following .zip are skins I've collected and ones I've edited, they're all kinda mixed in. There's some random ones in the main directory, and not all of them are in .pcx format.

I wanna read about skinning a "CreatureCarcass" as well, and then monster killed looking properly rather than lousy cadavers falling on ground. This was another annoying part of "modding" MH game, skinning a monster without thinking at carcass it's only 50% of job done.
