Subzero from MK9 model for UT99

(the level of detail bias in the game on player models makes the eye area and mask disappear at distance on this model. cannot be resolved with this model unless use mesh process LODSTYLE20 which has tradeoffs [more below].

Love the MK theme you're making, but mind putting all the releases into one thread? Would make finding them later easier.
