...do other people online see it when I'm playing them? Even if they don't have it?

If the server has that skin installed then other people will see it. Otherwise - no.

exactly as Raynor saids, unless the server is using a mut called "Val avetar" which means any player who has "the same skin you are using" has it installed in there UnrealTournament will see you wearing that skin. anyone who does not have that skin installed, would see you as a default skin....do other people online see it when I'm playing them? Even if they don't have it?

Full name of this addon is "Valhalla avatar", but i think only few servers have this installed.
