Which folder do the skins go in?

This depends on the file-type. Usually textures are stored in a texture-package (filename.utx), whitch belongs into UnrealTournament/textures. If it's a filename.u-file, then it goes to UnrealTournament/system.

If it's a UMod, then you have to install it first.

.utx files go in Textures folder
.u and .int and .ini go in System folder
.uax goes in Sounds folder
.umx goes in Music folder
.unr goes in Maps folder

That goes for all addons by the way.
