why cant other ppl see my skin?

Okay i downloaded two skins and i can see both of them on one server but when i go on a diff server i can only see one and thats because the other one isnt installed on that server but when i asked someone about my skin they told me all they see is a normal commando skin or something but i can see the downloaded skin when i go into behindview. I asked some people running the server and they told me that the only people that can see it is the ones that downloaded those skins themselves or something. so i was just wondering if that is true or is there some possible way for other people to see my skin?

Yes, unless the other people or the server itself has the skin installed, only you are able to see it. Vahalla Avatar let's you use your own skin, and you see your skin in the server, but unless the above rule apllies, the other people won't see it.

The same apllies to custom voicepacks.
