Any Suggestions on the best and easiest to use skin editors?

If you want to make own skins, download the UT Skin Maker v2.4.1 (823.51 KiB) from our Downloadpage in "Misc".

Did you try 3DRipper - it can copy skins from any 3d game ... .
The textures can be converted to jpgs using GIMP paint.
