Where does one get the wireframe bmp? I do my skins by "painting" on the actual texture files, in png format; I've never seen a wireframe in there.
Are you for real?
You wrote, you used the Skin Maker once. in the folder of this tool are all wireframe BMPs of the default models.
http://www.ut99.org/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=4487 <= second link, then scroll down ...on the right under downloads ...many custom model wireframe BMPs.

One of the big reasons I never seem to finish any skins is each skinning project gets sidelined by some other wonky idea.
For a long time I toyed with making a skin of the Red Skull, but always held off because I didn't want a Nazi skin. Then again, more recent iterations have lent themselves to more the Hydra terrorist group... which was born out of the other thing but at least they don't wear swastikas.
Pretty basic costume.
I swapped around a lot of heads before I had something that worked...
...still got even out the tint a bit as the greens don't all match.
Got ideas for team colors, but I'm not there yet.

Looks great EvilGrins! Anyway can you Re-Texture a model without UTSkinMaker? I remember you do something like this, or I'm wrong?

I tried a possibility, copy the model *.int and *.u file, rename it, open in UnrealED, and overwrite the textures with the same texture names but that's doesn't work.
Would be really great if I can retexture this model, hope you guys can help for me.

Yeah, I don't use that.
I use UnrealEd to open the .utx, extract the .pcx, convert to .png, paint/edit directly on the textures, and then do the whole thing in reverse into a new .utx file.
Using the same filenames doesn't work in an .int, gotta make a new one of those too.
What do you wanna re-texturize it with?

Given my love of superhero skins and that ut99.org is hosted in Germany (I think) did a little digging around for German superheroes.
So far, only found this guy ·

Anybody got any other favorites?

A stretch back I made a bunch of generic Lantern skins, from the Green Lantern series (skim back in this thread). Since then I've been going back and improving some of them, making them a little more distinct from each other.
Next on the agenda is the one I made of Larfleeze, Agent Orange:
Who's supposed to look more like this:
This is gonna be a challenge.

Roundabut the middle of December, partially from medor asking about the TRON project, I started thinking of how to finally fix the Lantern Corps skins. Even with the generic explanation of their suits being created from their rings, and thus being energy, the very blank black parts annoyed some folks:
So, I popped back to the TRON Legacy project ·
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=3499 · to get the black body suit I hadn't done much with since, and took the textures from the Green Lantern skin and rendered the black parts to transparent so I could overlay that to the other...
...and now I've got this:
Given I already made Lantern Corps skins ·
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=3416&start=15 · for all of them except the Indigo Tribe (someday) I've got some editing to do to bring them all up to speed.
11:54 PM 1/1/2016 · Okay, that didn't take as long as I thought it would:

Tried something a little different with the Star Sapphires, incorporated team colors in the chest and legs:
Sadly, can't team color the arms.

Most of my skinning projects start in my head and I don't get around to even doing them until I've kicked it around for a few days, working out how I wanna go about it.
Current musing is to take the existing RawSteel Male Soldier skin, Malcom's little beret from whatever that other skin is called, and making Smurfs.
