I've had the base pieces for this on my harddrive forever but only slapped them together a few minutes ago. Just a basic setup, haven't defined the light lines that make up the TRON bodysuit yet.


Picked a random face, something nobody sees that often, and the gloves aren't quite the right tone. Gonna take some tricky editing, for me anyway, to get the gloves right, as only the pointing finger is covered.

Anyway, progress.

Ok ...if you need help in editing the gloves ...you know where the PM button is.

I'm ½ tempted to make this a skinning contest. Put the base textures for this skin out there, see who can come up with the better TRON skin using the templates that are at the start of this thread. Or if not the better so much as just see what springs up from it.

Given how many different types of skins are in the 2nd TRON movie, that could be kinda fun.

Update: I found a guy that's good at doing faces and he recently edited me up an amazing looking helmet.

Hook's forum gave me my own section, most TRON updates have been over there lately.

I keep meaning to come back to finish this skin but the one most promising aspect, from someone who wanted to help, got lost.

As stated previously, someone designed some beautiful heads for it · http://hooksutplace.freeforums.org/tron ... 41-10.html · but sadly he lost them.

There's some other issues with the light designs on the skin itself I'm still trying to work around, but the loss of those heads really took the wind out of my sails.

I got asked about this again, after a fashion, about a week ago.

Debating how to proceed.
