How to make or use Animated PCX for Skins?

I've seen skins with moving textures or blinking eyes. How is this done? :o

put the textures in Mylevel or a new package.
Rightclick on the first texture -> properties
- Animation:
AnimNext: select the second texture and click use
Set MaxFrameRate to for example 1 to control the timing

Now texture 1 goes jumps to texture 2.
So you linked them together. Do the same with the other textures so it loops through the animation.

Haven't used it of skins, but I think this should work for that too.

There is a FemaleCommando skin which has animated texture
+ This have a tutorial how we can make skin with animated texture
If I have time I take a look for this skin and for the tutorial

Metalfist is right, it can be done easily.
I tried it time ago, see the example (a shot xvid-coded .avi movie).

Please don't comment the skin, sometimes I like doing idiot things :mrgreen:

Most animations require a frame-rate number. i find setting it for 6 seconds most effective, less if you're going for a strobe effect.

I got a number of examples in this pack here: http://www.ecoop.tk/load/loathsomes_cow ... k/1-1-0-50

Includes both NaliCows and Nali. Look at em with the texture editor right in UED to see what I did there.
