The cracked pattern is kind of dizzying. If I revisit the skin I may add neutral accents in order to break up the pattern. Like metal collars on the wrists & ankles or something. And tweak the color values. If y'all have any thoughts let me know.
Also, for the 14 of you who downloaded my
Diesel II skin, if you have any feedback from seeing it in-game, please share your thoughts.
For now I shall return to working on Skinsect...

WIP - Fighting Nalis for NW3
The first of my Fighting Nali Troop ...Corporal Zuhoban codename "Body Bag"
A reanimated dead Nali ...without any heartbeat or traceable body function is he the best infiltrator. Feign death is his specialty. His favorite weapon is the NW3 Miner or the Razored Translocator.
Here the WIP picture ...his beck is distorted ...but the front is nearly finished.

Thanks ... the lighting is not final but the crinkles are. I hope he will look like planned.

Does anyone play with the UT2004 characters for UT99? I'm playing around with another idea but it needs that player model pack.

Never played with the 2k4 models.
But this skin Idea looks interesting.
btw.
Lights are done.
Skin-color is done.
only the shades are left ...but I got problems there ...because this model is so churn up where the model-parts connect.

I just ran a couple matches loaded up with UT2k4 bots and I didn't notice any clipping. I using either
UT2004CharactersV2.rar or
UT2004CharactersV2 Fixed - ASLYE702.rar off of
Medor'ssite - can't remember which at the moment...I'll double-check which one.
