I remember there are a BOSS skin too like this, and maybe a MaleSoldier

It looks pretty much like it ...it must be some package mismatch.

But it can also be, that someone did a very lazy skin job.

1) You're not going to find that skin on any download site. It looks like a custom job, probably unique to that server you were playing on. If they've got a site, you might find it there.

2) Given you were playing on someone else's server, the files for that skin should be in your cache. You just need to isolate and find them.

3) The skin doesn't look entirely even on both sides, so maybe some kind of texture swapping mutator was in play? Gloves and boots from the opposite sides don't match.

I mad once for KingPin a skin out of level textures ...it looked pretty decent very robot like but with concrete, radio parts and windows. But this skin was nearly a "cheat" because you couldn't see the player very well when he stood in front of a wall.
