Stun Baton (weapon from unreal 2 alpha - unfinished)

I'd really love if someone could finish the Stun Baton as I fixed the mesh and its slots myself way before. This is a properly imported package now but its not really "beatiful" if you get what I mean. While I worked on this for Unreal this also works on UT so this is why I'm posting it here. File is attached to this post.

Class is WepStunB.StunB obviously.

I think I actually accidentaly switched the skin with the fireeffect texture when importing. Now I realize it was meant the other way. But either way the skin and everything is temporary, the uv maps yu can find in the "backup".
EDIT: Except that looks kind of even worse with the current texture choices, oops.

How does one get stunned in UT? What does that do to a player?

It can be just simulated, there are ways to do it obviusly by forcing a state etc, but it's not even necesary. All I need is some functional/fixed up weapon that just does more damage/effects when its charged with electricity, that's what it was primarily for anyway.

I was thinking something similar to what the poison arrow from ChaosUT does, actually. Your view gets obscured, you can't move as fast, everything becomes slowed down, etc.

Yea that is an example but I've seen it also with the nitrogenslith from rtnp2u, not sure if rtnp ue used that, might have been. because they temporarily freeze you. I guess the chaosut stuff is setting groundspeed etc values.

Well maybe you could ask someone to finish it. I'm sure codex would have done it if we didn't part our ways years ago.
