Extern usage of smilies

I want to copy some of the smilies to my forum. Is that allowed?

These can be attached in different formats regarding to a forum post and/or downloading for a forum configuration.

I can't really tell anymore if we use any smileys that were made by a user or mod for this forum exclusively. In that case you would need a permission from this person. Maybe the mods know more about that.
The yellow smileys are from the phpBB software.
The UT related animated smileys / gifs are from a smiley pack I found many years ago, feel free to use them for your forum.
The UnrealEd related pictures are extracted from that software, so I think nothing speaks against using it for your forum, too.

Yes the face palm smily is made by me and you can use it.
The others are mostly defaults from an earlier forum version... but I demanded to keep them even in newer versions.
