I have fallen in love with the look of ut99.org Board3 and phpBB3 go together like bread and butter anyway.
I want to install it on my old phpbb3 forums ;)It's barely used these days (many inactive members) but I MUST HAVE IT! Was/is it easy to install? I have done some minor modding in phpbb3 forums before but never a portal so I thought seeing as it's installed here It wouldn't hurt to ask.
