here is UT Map Manager,
installs maps from .zip files into the correct directory's also collects files required for maps to work ,if you need to collect the files from your game to upload for a server. packs them into a .zip when you use the uninstall feature.
(dont forget to reinstall the map afterwards tho)

Does this fully work for anybody? The Install zipped maps tab is always blank for me, the Help buttons open the Windows Help and Support window for some reason, and the Download button goes to dead sites (tested half of them). That being said, all other tabs seem to work fine, so I'll be making use of it anyway. Just want to know how to get the first tab working.

Rule #12: "Do NOT post in threads which are 2 weeks old or older ("necrobumping"), unless you have something useful to add or a pertinent question to make."
Don't come at me, y'all.

edit: Just realized the original download link's broken. Here's ut-files and gamefront.

Here's Peter Yu's review from 2003, btw.
And here's the readme since online information on it is very limited beyond that review:

Unreal Tournament Map Manager
version 1.5

About UT Map Manager
--------------------
Spoiler
UTMM is an attempt to make the managment of UT maps as easy as possible:

- Install zipped maps and umods
- Install cached maps
- Uninstall maps and umods

Basically it works like this: Select one or more maps from a list and click
the "OK" button; UTMM does all the hard work with installing or uninstalling
the maps for you.
Installation
------------
Spoiler
Note! If you have a previous version of UTMM installed, you should uninstall
that first.

Run the setup.exe program and follow the instructions to install UTMM on your
computer.

New in Version 1.5
------------------
Spoiler
These are the most important changes:
- Internal unzip. Previous versions used external unzip tools to do much
of the work, but this is now all gone.
- Umod install and uninstall. Previous versions could handle these, but it
was very shaky. Now it is 95% like it should be.
- Full cache managment. UTMM now knows everything about the files in your
cache folder. Install or delete individual files or all connected files
at once.
- Full uninstall: Uninstalling a map removes all files connected to the
map, except those files that are still needed by other maps. Previous
versions could only do this with maps that were first installed with
UTMM, but now it can uninstall all maps and packages.
- Backup your installed maps and mods easily
- Changes in user feedback, user interface and help documentation, and
increased Windows responsiveness.
- Tested on Windows 98 and Windows 2000.

New in Version 1.2
------------------
Spoiler
- Fixed a bug that made UTMM crash when attempting to install cached maps from UT v413.
- Easier installation of cached maps.
- Fixed a bug related to detecting shared files
- Fixed a bug related to additional skins
(By the way, have you tried the "Unreal" skin yet?)
- Much easier installation! (No messing with external zip utilities like in the
previous versions.)
- Will display any single maps/textures/sounds/music files found in the UT
folders on the "Installed maps" page.
- Added "auto update on startup" checkbox. Reduces startup time.
- Added an option to install a downloaded map and then delete the zip file.
- Smarter map renaming (still possible to turn this off)
- Works better with map readme files (actually a very useful fix!)
- Fixed a stupid bug from preparing the release version of UTMM 1.1 (related to
WinZip evaluation version)
- Works on Windowns 9x, Windows NT and Windows 2000
New in version 1.1
------------------
Spoiler
- Fixed bug with displaying readme files for uninstalled maps. It didn't follow
the precedence rules: 1) html+htm files 2) txt+doc files 3) gif+jpg.
- Fixed visual bug when UTMM starts on options page.
- Fixed synchronization bug between Trash can button and map list.
- Pop-up in "install cached files" list had been disabled, it's enabled again.
- Work better with the WinZip CLS evaluation version.
- Support for PK Zip 2.5 for Win 9x/NT (*much* faster ;).
- Added more links to the download page window.
- Support for custom map types (Infiltration INF-, Jailbreak JB-,
Darkmatch TDK-) More gametypes can be added on the options page.
- Double-clicking a map in the "Installed maps" section shows the read me file
instead of uninstalling it.
- Auto show map doc on install (toggle-able, only when installing a single map
at the time).
- Can install zipped demos (skins and voices are already supported)
- Trash-can button will now both delete the zip file AND uninstall the map, not
only delete the zip file.
- Better feedback when something bad happens
- Query if files will be overwritten when a map is installed.
- Maps without a valid prefix (DM-, DOM- etc..) will get one added when
it is installed (same as given in the zip filename, or default DM-).
- If an error occurs while installing a map, the files already installed will be
deleted (full install or no install).
- Test if it is possible to uninstall a map before it is uninstalled (it might
be in use) (full uninstall or no uninstall)
- Skins: change the way UTMM looks (anyone?!:)
- Display filter: select if only to view DM, DOM, CTF, AS, other or all maps.
- If a zip file contains a umod file, UTMM will automatically launch the umod
installer to complete the installation, and run UT\setup.exe when it is
uninstalled.
- Help file updated (oh, and added a contents page to it ;)
New in version 1.0d
-------------------
Spoiler
- Solved a problem when using the evaluation version of WinZip 7.0. It appeared
like UTMM hanged in this case. UTMM will now work correctly with both the
registered and unregistered version. Thanks to Cronium for all his help with
this!!
- Added a "Download maps" button to the Install Maps page. This button will
automatically take you to sites on the internet where you can download maps
and read map reviews.
- Added a "Redetect installed maps" button on the options page. Use this if
UTMM loses track of which maps are installed and which are not.
- You can now install / uninstall maps just by double-clicking the map name in
the map list, instead of clicking the Go Button.
- Help documentation updated.
New in versjon 1.0c
-------------------
Spoiler
- Small changes in the help file
- Updated versjon number displayed on the options screen
- A few rewritings of some functions in the code
- Fixed a bug that left some files intact after a "uninstall & delete"
- Map list is automatically updated after a change in the "map repository"
folder in the options screeen.
New in versjon 1.0
-------------------
Spoiler
- Possible to select many maps and install them all in one go.
- Refresh list added to popup menu.
- Rename maps from UTMM
- Duplicate maps for other game types (example dm -> dom). Some maps support
this.
- Shared files (textures, music, sounds or system files) that are used by other
maps will not be removed when a map is uninstalled, but will be removed when
the last map that used the shared files is uninstalled.
- New icon
- Full scan at first run will detect maps already installed.
- Better testing of info entered in config wizard
- Several other fixes and optimization
New in v0.9 beta release 2
--------------------------
Spoiler
- Possible to view documentation supplied with maps
- Popup menus for the map list
- Some graphics changes
- Several other small fixes
New in v0.9 beta release 1
--------------------------
This was the initial release.

I have Unreal Anthology for my primary UT.

Everything is under UA... would that still work?

@EvilGrins: It lets you pick your install and map location respectively, so it should be.
