UT99 x3dfxMapVotev25e sorce code

I was able to track down bonehead, and he emailed me the source code for his map vote.
He used BDM's map vote as a base and modified it.
anthony: I know its old, but do you still have the code for map vote?

anthony: i met a guy on UT99.org that wants to do some coding, he has asked the guy that did mapvotela13 if he could take it up but the guy wont answer him
anthony: we were wanting to have both mutaters and game types in the vote
Bonehed: give me an email address and I'll send you the latest I've got
anthony: but we can only find map votes that do one or the other
Bonehed: ok, unfortunately i only have the source, so you'll need someone to compile it to use it
