I didn't make this, but it's been very hard to find and I don't think anyone else hosts it these days.
Also, I've removed the password from the zip because I think it's ridiculous to put a password on archives that are for public use.

I hope to get it on another host some day, but now it's just on rapidshare.

Did you try googling the filename?

I did quick googles but a lot of the content is blocked by the work computer's security. Did find out that apparently the file was password locked.
