However I will not be an active user (I'm very busy at rl).

Wises what's exactly the problem with the ComboShock? It doesn't work with NewNet?

its setup for NewNet v5_F not the current one.

if you find some spare time , appreciate if you could swap the Weapon Class over to the ShockRifle one from NN V0_9
as it works from that, the version I linked to does not include the NN File's for it either.

My problem starts when the game bots do not appear in the game but in showscores, and not start with all weapons, only with pistol...

Not sure. You need to change the package name accordingly:
NewnetPackageName=NewNetWeaponsv0_9

Replace that with the weapons package name of Global_9c2.

I've been receiving emails asking me to release the source of this mod and so I've decided to spent a little time making it available to everyone:

About this source code version

This version of the mod is just the source of 0.5 version adjusted to be released to the public. If you
just want to use the original mod in your server look for the regular lmsplusplus05 version
(non source version, the one from 2014).

You are free to modify or use the code from this version as you wish. However if you do so, you must add to
the credits of your mod the following entities:
