UT99.org CMP2 - UTR 1.3 FULL and complete

I tend to compile patches and extras into a more convenient single install, to save me faffing about the next time I install it.
This also helps avoid accidental miss-matches due to keeping obsolete files.

It seems a few people are out of sync with this pack, so I decided to share mine.
I double-checked to see if it was missing anything (good-job I did)

This repack could actually be called v1.4, as it now includes the bonus/late map (CTF-UTR-Syntra "Syntra Canyon"), and Wormbos fix for Xpickups and the Chaos sniper rifle.

What wormbos fix?

Wormbo made a fix, so that when you use Xpickups and Chaos, the Chaos rifles will spawn again.
The Chaos rifle is not a sub-branch of the standard rifle, so Xpickups fails to modify it.

Originally I thought it was a problem with "Wormbos Enhanced items" (another pack of awesomeness), but it turned out to be Xpickups.

A real 1.4 version of this pack, would have a new/fixed Xpickups, but this works just as well

This-morning I spotted someone in Germany DLing/torrenting from me with Shareaza, so I opened a chat and gave them priority over everyone else
Good choice who-ever that was, as they will also be sharing on the other networks, even if they stop seeding.

See even though we did not actually chat, Shareaza is a much more friendly way to share. Anyone I see uploading a worthy file with a client that supports chat, I will see if I can boost them.
No chat, wait in line with everyone else.
