You probably know about this tool, if not then now you do. You might as well put the edited Unreal files on the redirect as well

About the three choices in the MapVote
- U1: No replacement
- UT: Replaces stuff to UT, enables HEADSHOT messages (not all items seem to be caught),
- Mix: Partial item replacement, plays with both weapon types.
*UT hitscan weapons have LC.

About the CacusCoop:
- Monsters have a slight item drop chance.
- Difficulty scaling makes monsters have increased skill instead of health.
- Players won't lose their inventory upon death.
- HUD is not perfect, had to do a lot of stuff to fix ACE from breaking the crosshair.
- When a player joins, extra monsters are added into the map (restart the map if you think it got overpopulated).
- There's no OldSkool code, weapons are the actual Unreal classes (similar fix as MrLoathsome's).
- Fixes default bStatic decorations not spawning in maps.
- Dispersion pistol can be dropped.
- Monsters use upgraded dispersion pistols, you may replace yours with one of those.
- Energy Amplifier goes back to classic!, with x20 damage (whoever played Unreal's first version knows what i'm talking about).
- No spectators (workaround to known problems).

Regarding the Fifth Vortex:
- The warp portal on Fifth map works fine, whatever bug was there it doesn't seem to happen here.
- Fixed space ship decoration not spawning on clients (replication bug made by mapper).
- The explosive charges on the Third map are kinda difficult to pick up, keep trying from all angles till it works.

It'll be there. If it is down, then a possible update is being applied to it (fix settings or whatever) and it'll be back up.

Speaking of............

Is there a command I can type while play testing my map to adjust skill.?

Also I bet that mod makes playing a lot different instead of samo samo, just shoot longer, for a kill.
