I got the email.

@Paper: A 404 is generally *not* someone blocking you (and I emphasize the word "generally"). It's probably your routing ending up in one of the 000webhost nodes which isn't aware of ut-files yet (since it was down for so long). On another hand, 000webhost is known as well for getting blocked by some ISPs (like AT&T). Try to make a quick search on 000webhost and your ISP name to check if the ISP is blocking you from accessing your site.
Or better yet, try to access my uncodex page there, and check if it gives a 404 to you as well: http://uncodex-ut.host56.com/

Nope ...no 404. I can access it.
Edit----------------1
The only thing I could find was this rage blog about 000webhost
http://000webhost-scam.blogspot.de/

Edit----------------2
With V-tunnel can I access the page ...there must be an IP range ban active.

Just checked that blog... I can't say I agree or disagree with them (I only have the free host, for uncodex, never had any problems with it, and I don't intend to get the paid one either since they couldn't answer my yes/no questions straight, and once I get a paid one it certainly will be from some other company mostly because of better offers and reliability), but it's kinda hard to take that blog seriously when it looks like it was written by grown up kids lol

Yeah definitely... but fact is, that I have no access to ut-files. :( ...maybe just because some idiots got into a fight with the host and got blocked per range IP ban.
*sigh*

You are not blocked. The only reason you are getting redirected to that host is because your DNS hasn't updated yet. You can try flushing your DNS and if that doesn't work then you just have to wait for your ISP's DNS to update itself. Generally they take no more than 48 hours, but I suppose if it's not a big name ISP it might take longer. Alternatively, you could use a different DNS server such as the ones offered by Google: 8.8.4.4 and 8.8.8.8 or simply give it time to update.

ut-files.com has nothing to do with 000webhost.com anymore.

Try http://www.ut-files.com.nyud.net
Or if you have Opera, enable the turbo to be relocated.

Swapping to a fast DNS like Skills suggests is a good idea.
Use https://www.grc.com/dns/benchmark.htm to find the fastest DNS for you.
It will also show you if your current DNS is blocking or redirecting results.
I use my fastest server that supports DNSSEC Authentication, and one of the Google DNS as the backup.

BTW. I looked for a thread about this. It is more important than posting in a thread about active forums ;)
