Sure I played, but there is already a Survival mor for UT99. And yes that's a really good idea!

I talked to him a while back when he was stepping down but I assure you he's there in the background. True story: I was skyping with him once and he had to step away for a few minutes to run an errand. His wife sat down and said "You can talk to me" with the biggest smile and proceeded to chat me for a good while. She was incredibly warm and friendly and spoke to me like we were old friends. Most wives roll their eyes at gamer buddies but I get the strong feeling she'd insist on you staying for dinner if you met in person.
