[Nexgen] ACE crosshairscale Fix version 1.00

About
Due to an incompatibility with Nexgen, ACE's crosshair scaling feature will not work while Nexgens
HUD extensions are enabled. This small plugin will fix the problem and make ACE's crosshair scaling
feature working again.

While this fix has been only tested for ACE v08g and v08h, it should be generally working with
any ACE version. The plugin doesn't require any additional mods except Nexgen 112, but I recommend
to run NexgenABM aside since it will fix an unlikely bug, in which the crosshair will only showup
when the player is completely initialized by ACE.

I experimented the incompatibility some months ago while I was setting up the new TSF saCTF/iCTF server (ACE v0.8h + Nexgen v1.11)
