Yup.. I have that sort of CitadelV2 with Bot Support - no kidding - BT area navigable by A.I. - explosions activated, removed crap order "Ambushing" because Skaarj will mess weapon often in default MH being teleported and leaving weapon in spot, etc...

Finally I got the Fast Redeemer Mutator running as I like.

Features for Redeemer projectiles (all adjustable):
  • speed (default 3000 instead of 600)
  • launch sound
  • launch message
  • projectile-destroyed message
  • up to 8 Actor classes where these modifications should be applied (defaults are "PlayerPawn", "Bots", "Bot")

Thanks, but in fact the Redeemer itself is not changed at all, only the projectiles are replaced.

Some more fixes/modifications at maps have been done : Furthermore the Trophy Dude (Decoration) can do some animations, and SBHumaneFixes contains fixes for the package Humane.

I'm gonna see some title where the map had nasty BSP troubles slowing down devpath, new XCGE seems more powerful but it doesn't do voodoo magic...

Does it bother anyone else that this thread is completely mislabeled? None of this stuff is "by" Barbie. It should be renamed "Barbie changes everything" without including credits to the original authors. Not to mention there is not any sort of obvious changelog.

You want mappers and coders to start stripping and protecting? This is exactly how you ensure that starts happening. It takes less than 60 seconds to send out a request email to the creator. It bounces then fine, that's on them. However I see work in there from active people and I know for a fact there was not permission requested (even as a courtesy).

Save the "it's all open source" discussion. I'm talking about respecting people who took the time to post things for the community to use. Of course you are legally allowed to change it but it really bothers me that Barbie is posting it completely pointing back at himself as the sole person. Look at that whole long page and recognize the work of many, many people but now find me a single reference to any of them.

You need to do your own work. Work on your own mods, create your own stuff. If you can't then you need to stop messing with other people's stuff. It's not respectful to post it as "yours" because it's not.

You are NOT the author nor is this the first public release. You modified Loath's work without asking nor adding a single bit of credit. He's not happy about that. This was a special project of his and he's quite proud to be the only person who has done it. It was a big deal when I added them to my hub map so he would enjoy seeing his work used.

You can do all this stuff but you damned well better credit the people from the start who spent days and days making this stuff. Nope, you are taking it as your own with a complete lack of respect. No author nor downloader should have to dig to find their own credit. It should be right there in front of everyone.
