No.
The rapidshare link has all 4 Bonuspacks in a .rar file.
The other links are mirrors if you don't have a rapidshare account or have gone over your download limit.
Same files, just hosted on different sites.

There are 4 bonus packs, they were officially released by the makers of UT99

This is a great place to hang out and learn stuff ... I have a lot to learn ... like, how do I make the bonus stuff worked (I know, xtreme dumbness) I'm the new guy with a new passion ... Long Live UT!!!

Probably, if you have a problem with umod. then download the umod. tool from this website too.
