Well from some of the reactions to this topic i'd say yes, but its no more than logical if you ask me, so if people search for ut99 downloads in google for example it sends you pretty fast to this page, ppl dont care about forum's they just want what they were looking for do 2 quick posts and download.

Funny thing is the guys who make two posts then never come backare actually cutting their own feet off.

If they could be bothered to participate here they could get first look at ALOT of new maps and a few new game types.

Theres the Community MapPack 2 in development, Castle MapPack 1 and a shedload of non pack maps!

Nice that you came on my server Youngs
I hope that I can finish the update this weekend..
The server will have the same settings but hopefully running without any lagg then as some other also told me they recognized lagg I searched for a solution and found the Baiter Server on UNREAL.org...
I tried it on a test server and its running smooth like butter as he said
So I will install all the things on there now and then you hopefully can play there with fps about >50

Nice it was my first time ever to connect to a public server, i saw a lot of things that are not exactly default, its all new to me hehe, and as you said the game lagged a lot, but partly thats my computer i found out that i need to run the game on one cpu only (dual core makes the game go nuts sometimes).

I think there will be some more things new to you
The server is not settet like any normal server... as you maybe registered you only have the sniper rifle and the translocator but the sniper rifle is also a special one settet to shooting rapid fire when your crouched or standing still
But I'll train that with you if you want

ah cool yeah maybe i need some training, well find out in the server then btw, do you know about setting up servers? im going to need some help with mine, ut99 is even more complicated then i thought ^^
