Hello i have problem with connect to ut servers.Some servers kick me with UnrealI.u wrong message ... its says i can solve it reinstall file or what.I downloaded it and not working.I installed newest patch and nothing.I have new PC and here is that problems.On old pc works normaly. Sorry for my english guys i am from Czech republic. :loool:

Compare your UnrealI.u file with these size/checksums:

If they differ, that file is broken or modified in a way.

Idk where i can find it. Only size.. You can send me your file ? But i downloaded this from internet and servers kicks me to.

What version of UT are you having?

Right mouse click on your file should give you under properties more informations. At least it will give you the exact files-ize.

If this isn't the same then you can be certain that your file is corrupt.

What's the date?

Unreali.u is one of UT's core files, and despite the various upgrades and updates, the date of the file stays pretty uniform no matter when you 1st installed it.

When you look up the details on Unreali.u what date is on the file?

436 is the latest for clients.

Yes, it is difficult to find out how to calculate checksums.

A file time stamp is not a valid criteria to compare files. You gain nothing if you know that the time stamps (there are three in NTFS file system) are equal or different.

Barbie is spot on. There are multiple hacked u files in the wild, I've seen them posted for download when people had no idea that they were hacked. Back in the day it was a good way to cheat. It's not so common now since ACE is checking so many people but it's not unheard of to see a player's UnrealI fail the check because someone downloaded a 'free' copy off the net. Never, ever use those free copies people offer. Too often they don't even know they are spreading trouble.
