Main server List

is it possible to have a home server and show up on the main server list?
because my server is finally working,
and i can only access it through open location.
which people can only come on if they know my ip.
and when i try to add my server to my favorites, no info comes up just the IP address on the bottom left!

Also, i don't know which ip to use.
i have a private IP (obviously i should give this out)
and a public IP.
they both connect to the server,
but the thing is my public IP changes every few days to a different IP, and i'll give it out, but then it will change.
i have to keep going to my firewall and check out the new IP.

including settings to use and how to work out how many players you can support ect.
