Finaly i think your have reason to start the udpate of Nexgen 112 official release. i put hier the history of NexgenMHA so you can see what exacly i have mad.

History of my custum version of Nexgen ( Private and Public)¨¨
=== NEXGEN v1.12O ( Private) ===============================================================

-Added-ValidatePlayerName option
kick a player who use a nick who is on the restricted name and a window will ask him to change it) the admins will too getthis windows).

-Added ComptuternameHash
Nexgen checks the -nameof the pc if it finds an id or an ip that is in the list of banned (allows to dectect a player who will try to bypass his ban)
when you ban a player the name of the player’s pc is stored in Nexgen.ini.

Addded -Option to display or not kill and team kill ( to be tested in dm or ctf with real players) (does not work for bots)
this works perfectly for MH mode.

Many thanks to BoB des DU for their kind authorization to include the following functions of NexgenMH in Nexgen112 MHA editon:
- BannerName
-Autoserverban
-ValaditePlayerName
-ComputerNameHash
-Fixing Hud for MH Mod
-ChatLog
some functions should be kept and others are not necessarily necessary and can be abandoned like for example Validate playerName

ValidatePlayerName option: NOT Neccesary : we can use Niknamenban mutator for dot this!
ComptuternameHash: if we want to use it why not put it on NexgenABM ?? instead the Nexgen
BannerName Required for Auto server ban
ServerAutoBan function for w message Hack
New Right : Limited administrator Optionnal
Changed 512 slots for ban instead 128. Only 256 is enough now

-AccountType max 30 instead of 10 Useful for the teams Should be Keeped!!
-Messages in Cyan instead of Orange. ( pehaps a option to let the player choose the color he want ?

If you are on laggy connection it'll show and it's SirMandrake's server not mine. There were some issue of why he didn't upgrade...

So regarding a possible 1.13 release, here is some stuff I have in mind:

Nexgen113:

Already done:
  • Fixed the formatCmdArg bug of NexgenExtendedClientControllers (http://www.unrealadmin.org/forums/showt ... hp?t=31280)
  • Fixed a possible infinite loop in the replace function (viewtopic.php?t=12056)
  • Fixed the F2 server info not being displayed
  • Fixed NexgenHUD not resetting Canvas.bCenter (results in invalid text offset, e.g. for server info of MonsterHunt2Gold)
  • Make NexgenHUD scale with v469 Font Scaling
  • Add hook for plugins to suppress messages to the NexgenHUD (allows for fixing HUD incompatibility with MH and possible other gametypes/mods)
  • Make HUD more customizable by the client. This includes:
    • Variable font sizes in chat HUD / other messages
    • Variable amount of lines in the chat HUD / other messages
    • Configurable color schemes
TODO:
  • Add TO support (i.e. disable certain features in case of TO gametype)
  • Fix Pure detection as implemented in NexgenExtensions
  • Toggleable server name control
  • Add a proper API for other mods (independent of the Nexgen package!) - this can include:
    • Retrieve Nexgen ID of a player
    • Forward to broadcastMsg and showMsg for proper color-coded messages
    • Subscribe to Nexgen events
  • ...
Revoked / outsourced to possible plugins:
  • Classify other messages such that somes can be hidden / moved by plugins (e.g. death messages)
  • Maybe rewrite some parts of the initialization replication using the NexgenExtendedClientControllers (similar to what NexgenABM did for the ban data) e.g. for accounts
  • Add some functionality for server-side only plugins
NexgenPlus101 TODO:
  • Add the chat log tab
  • Add option for colored multi kill messages
  • Readd add/remove bot panel

@Lety: Regarding your suggestions which I did not mention above:
  • I don't see a real reason to ban by computername; this is just as unreliable as Name/IP/ID
  • ServerAutoBan function for w message Hack - what exactly is that?
  • Increasing array sizes can be considered

A protection against expoloit that could crash the server .

i can send to you the cod by private message
I don't see a real reason to ban by computername; this is just as unreliable as Name/IP/ID
ok in this case don't put it on Nexgen113.

Know Issue:
With Custum F page the text is
the text is shifted to the right or with some mutator does not display at all.

another sugesstion i would like to have the colored mutilkill message like in the center on hud. like in URS version

I'll check the exploit protection, not sure though if this should be included in Nexgen if it is not a Nexgen specific exploit :what:

I guess you are refering to the server info (F2) not being displayed? Good reminder, that definitely needs to be adressed and it is just a 1 line-fix. I'll keep updating the above list.

I'm planning to release an update of SmartCTF (4F) to do some adjustments for the upcoming 469 version; I aim to have a proper stats restoring feature in it using the new generic Nexgen API. So yeah, I got that on the screen :tu:
