My Server randomly stopped appearing in the Master Server

I have been running a public server called Caliden for me and friends to get on time and time again.. Everything was going fine until one day I booted it up only for it to only appear for me and me only (Lan)...
I don't know why at all it stopped working and my ports are all still set up. I didn't think about it much until weeks later trying again now and it still no longer shows up in the master server list.
Any of all help is appreciated this is the first time I ever had to post here, lol.

Hello and welcome to the forums.

A few questions to exclude some possible causes;
In what kind of environment do you host your server? (Own host / Gameservers / NFO)
Are you or your friends still able to reach your server by going to: Open Location and paste in your IP:Port?

I self Host, and My friends are not able to join the server through open location methods.
I can copy and paste some of my ini for more info but the only mutators I use are MapvoteLA13, and SmartSB102x

Thanks for the update.

It seems your UT server instance does not have access to the internet, or is not allowed to.

Do you see any errors in the serverlog? > Connection timeouts on masterserver handshakes?
If windows: Did you make sure the ucc.exe (or unrealtournament.exe) still has it's exception in the firewall?
Is the internal IP of your device (mostly 192.168.x.x) still the same? (so the ports are opened for the right host)

And are you hosting a 469b server > Are the masterservers up2date?
You said it functioned correctly before, did anything else got changed in the meantime?

I only removed my pcs ip from what I pasted, I don't see any issues and as for my computers IP changing I actually don't know maybe I first ran the server somewhere else and then I wanted to run the server at home. I have ports open at both locations as well. ucc and ut are both still enabled in the firewall, and I am running 469b...
Oh yeah and as for anything else changing the only thing I added in between was a updated utdemo thing but I don't see why that would be the reason for anything since I even recorded a whole match on said server before with it.

Well, don't know about the other stuff, but what I can tell you from reading the log is that it seems that you have the obsolete gamespy and mplayer masterservers enabled. Please check these instructions if you have not: https://333networks.com/masterserver

Indeed, somehow your master-servers didn't got updated on 469.
Whenever you correct this, it should work again.

Okay, not sure if what I did helped. But I added the servers in the config from https://333networks.com/masterserver and still no dice.. If there are any connections. I cannot join the chat rooms when I choose to run the server if thats a clue at all.. I just noticed that. So far you guys have been a good help I didnt even know that the masterservers were supposed to be updated via 469b, I just thought that everything was fine when I patched it.

Did you make sure to follow the instructions for the Server Side Configuration ?
Which ports do have opened, and on which protocol? (7777-7781 on UDP should be sufficient)

As far as i can see, your server should be shown in the list.
Have you tried removing the firewall entries, and re-adding them for ucc.exe and unrealtournament.exe ? (Windows sometimes does the strangest things when paths/folders gets changed)
Do you maybe got any other AntiVirus/Firewall active that could be blocking the traffic of UT ?
If so, verify the exclusions/exceptions in there as well.

One good advise: change your admin password as soon your server is online.
