Servers not showing up? (Help pls)

Odd thing happened.. I just got a new isp. Now a lot of servers in my favorites are showing 9999, but when I open the server in ut list and type the server ip, I can connect with no problems at all.. I checked the firewall and it's in the exception list.. So UT is not blocked in the firewall settings.. When I click on the tab many servers show 9999 but a few shows online.. Any ideas??

No.. I don't have vista.. I use xp pro on this pc.. I just got new internet service provider.. Not new install..

Had this issue when I switched to Verizon Fios. I never did get it resolved though. Hope you do.

Had the same problem last year...the setup in my router was wrong.
