Setting up a ut snipe server prolem

Hi Guys

I have just sorted out a UT sniper server on my pc, but having problems with the batch file, i have one but it loads up intro.unr so all you get is a black screen I found some info out that allows me to specify the map at launch but when i put that in all i get is the game but with pistol only, can anoybody shed any light on this for me, these are the extra files i use in unrealtournament.ini

Just go to the server.ini probably named UnrealTournament.ini
