Map/Mutator Vote / Tickrate selection

Hello, I was wondering whats the best Map vote and / or mutator vote for UT99?

And I was also wondering what is the best netservertickrate should be? I use 45 for my Unreal 1 server and this is just right, my server is in NY and im in PA. and i ping 22. anything above the 45 tick seems a little jittery. The default for both unreal 1and ut99 seems to be 20. So, what would be a good rate in ut99 ?

Also is there any way to check for downloaders besides the log ??????????????? Thanks

There are several kinds of mapvote for UT99 servers.

I'll refrain speaking about the server tickrate... I'm not too aware much about their work around with certain mods, net, and other things.

I've seen many peoples use MapvoteLA13 by cratos. <- best bet.

I'm going to work on experimenting MapVoteX more often. Since it have more feature. :)

I am mobile so will keep this brief. Basically tickrate is dependant on many many things. It's up to you to tweak and figure what is best for your server and client base. Hardware, client distance, client computer, mods you run all need to be factored in. This isn't just set and pray. There's a lot of research involved.

The vv is (V2 with no resize board because it not work with 800/600).
The vv is the mapvotela13 with 201 ListxFilter per column ; 501 ExcludeFilter
