utstats crashing my server

Whenever I uncomment

it crashes the server on the start up.

Maybe the files are corrupted? redownload them.

Linux server? Set correct user and rights. Case correct?

Hmm, the logfile looks a bit uncomplete, might help if you put the complete log. Is it a rented gameserver? Another (complete) logfile could be somewhere....

It can't be caused by the html part of utstats, right?

Can you access this server directly or only through a web panel? The log file is incomplete because UT uses buffered writing to write out this file. That means that it logs in chunks of 4096. If the server crashes while there's still an incomplete chunk that hasn't been written yet then you will never see what is in that chunk. One way to circumvent this problem is to log in on the server using remote desktop and to simply execute the batch script that starts up the server in a command shell. You will then see the whole server log appear in the command shell window.

If that isn't possible, then you'll have to figure out which mod isn't playing along nicely with UTStats. This is almost certainly an incompatibility of sorts. Try disabling all mods and running only UTStats. Then try enabling your mods one by one until the server crashes again.

Thanks for the explanation, that's good to know. Unfortunately, I can't log in to the server, so I will have to do the trial and error method.

MvReporter is at fault. Is there any way to fix that?
