question about Smart CTF

I want to make some minnor changes to smart ctf for release, and want to check if i need permission from the makers, and where to contact them if need be.

I have started to mod it for myself, but would like to release it for all.

I'd say it's pretty much open code by now. Have at it.

ok cool, im changing the sounds, may add some new stuff as well, mod the HUd + Spreee, multikill,cap sounds ect, ect.

only prob i have is sounds crashing ut, i just have to find a better sound converter with a lower quality.
