Skim half way down and click on download.
I haven't but if it's a umod file then all you need to do is direct it to the folder where your UT is and the rest takes care of itself.
Download, see what you get, ask more questions if you have them then.

The installation instructions are in the documentation that is included specifically to tell you how to install it.
