Bad Quality Crosshairs

I convert some crosshair from UT2K4 and working cool but it's looking bad with low graphics, how I can fix this?

You compared the crosshairs texture resolutions ?

Sure, it's 64x64 resolution

Now I found a difference in texture properties, but I cant change in my texture this option "bMasked - False"

Nope.

In that same properties window, go to Quality, and set the LODSet to LODSET_None and save the texture, and problem fixed.
The thing is: with LODSET_World it will be affected by your world quality settings, and with LODSET_Skin it's by skin settings, and LODSET_None is not affected by either of them (thus staying in full quality no matter your settings).
