Sorry for long wait! I was in middle of my exams.
Here is what I have done so far:

New CTF Flag meshes, with new CTF HUD, green blood effects when killing a mercenary and a new Scoreboard.

The HUD seems now a little bit bulky.

Looking at this topic: viewtopic.php?f=34&t=6021
So I decided to develop a custom gametype "Clan Arena".
About Clan Arena:
If you have played any Counter Strike game, then it will be easy to understand. Anyway I will explain.

Just like Last Man Standing (LMS) in Clan Arena is a Team-Based Gametype, where every player starts fully stacked with fully loaded with Weapons, full Max Health and Max Armor. Your Task is easy, just kill the opponent team, before they kill yours.
Once you die, you will go in Spectator mode and you will have to wait until the end of the round (just like CS). When any team kills all the players of Opponent team, the Winning Team scores one point and then after some seconds the round restarts and dead players comes back to play.

I found this old mutator that is kinda similar to yours.

uttremor107.zip but still has many untextured weapons.

well i cant remember wich website it was but:
There are some maps in ut99 where modified for quake or at least there are some maps in the ut community wich was a remake of the quake maps.
I can remember a upload a few weeks back.
I dont know if there are some quake 3 skins also.
In combination with those new weapons its very cool to play then.
i shall take a look for those maps and post them later here.

Nali City had a ton of Quake themed maps, many of which I still have...
