I will track down that file and just upload it to Message 1 in this thread. Will delete the dead link also.

Will check to make sure I upload the version with all the textures, source, models etc.

Note, that picture in message 1 is my initial horrible skin attempt.
papercoffee's skin used by RC3 is much nicer.
