for those who are wondering, I am still working on this mod. progress is slow because it has turned into quite a big mod.
I attached a screenshot of the spawner menu, which is a screen that allowes you to manipulate the things that you can spawn.
I am working on these catagories
-monsters (80% done)
-weapons (95% done)
-projectile (95% done)
-inventory (25% done)

when these are done I will continue on working on the core of the mod.
also I wat to change the name of the mod, probally to 'unreal spawn'

As always you are welcome to anything in MonsterHunt2 you find and I'm sure Dane wouldn't mind if parts of Survival were pinched too. This is a decent idea and could have some legs if it's developed properly. I'd help but I'm pretty much done with public modding, what little free time I have is spent on dabbling in private stuff.

Look through my mods and grab anything you can use, no credit needed. Most all of it is modular and will import with only minor alterations (with the exception of some SV stuff). If you get stuck on something, email me and I'll help you if I can.

I tried to finish it up this summer, but I didnt make it om time. so development will go a lot slower now.
I will keep posting screenshots and updates here from time to time

Is there any progress on this?

I did some work on a monstergun mutator which enables you to shoot monster which will attack your enemy.
I see some similairities. :)

yes. im working on some things
when you buy items they are equiped upon you. when you sell them you lose them.
I made some of them
- boots
when you have the boots you can upgrade jump height,walkingspeed,waterspeed, etc..
- armor
upgrade amount of armor, (1% 2 % etc)
- health regen crystal
change your health regeneration amount,speed, maximum health etc..
- energy crystal
change your energy regeneration amount,speed, maximum energy etc..
i will make more items...

so far the items.
Im also working on the weapons
- they all use spawner energy now to fire instead of their normal ammo
- they can fire custom projectiles
- the amount of enery (ammo) that is required to fire depends on the amount of money that is put in the projectile class (powerfull projectiles require more energy)
most weapons still have a lot of bugs.

monsters
Monsters will be able to fire custom projectiles (havent made this yet)

I also started with spells
these are just instant effects when you spawn
like a heal spell that heals you when you fire it.

for gametypes I have decide to make only the tower defense like gametype.
waves of monsters will spawn and you have to stop them to win.

You want me to send you the source stuff for Survival? You are welcome to use any of it you'd like, and it would greatly speed up your wave design, handling, etc.

BTW if you are going to work on the monster classes remind me when you get there. Nelsona made some simply stunning discoveries about them and how to fix the errors they spam. If you can believe this he runs an MH server using his custom mod and goes days without an error line. I called BS on him on this and he shared his code with me. He was right and this is part of the revamp in MH2Lite that I was doing. Anyway you can fix all those errors on warlord rocket, titan rock, etc that you see when they start generating projectiles.
