We don't have MOD 1x1 , plz everybody help plz!

I´d like to ask something that isn´t for me, but for everybody that like UnrealTournament. One MOD 1x1 without bugs and with a database INI and a Top 10 with the best players, and all of them files on INI without need MySQL . Today we don´t have MOD 1x1 that is exciting to play.
We miss our friend the_DANE (that is dead) because he was a good guy and a good programmer. He started a MOD 1x1 but couldn´t finish it, because he died before.
Who could help, creating this MOD, please do it. Thanks.

I would like to participate in the mod 1x1 project. I think I would be either a beta tester, modeler (not texturing), and/or mapping. I would also like to do the readme file for the mod.
The Dane- that name sounds familiar to me. I may had played with him on a server.

If you want me to help, PM me about it. And what exactly is mod 1x1?
