Betrayal, Greed, Slave Master...

Hi guys!

After playing for some weeks at UT 2004, I said to myself: "It would be fantastic to see these game types in the good old UT."
I'm not talking about Double Domination (pure garbage) or Onslaught (lol), but some good game types made by the community.

What I would like to see:

- Betrayal
- Greed and Team Greed
- Slave Master (I think there is already something)
- Elimination and Team Elimination (basically is like Deathmatch, but in rounds)
- King of the Hill

What I ask to you: is it hard to create these game types? I really liked them in UT2004, but playing them in UT would really rock! If something already exists, could you pointing me to a link?

EDIT: I found Slave Master and King of the Hill (altough this last one has no maps).

I don't know about gametypes, but there's plenty of betrayal and greed in monsterhunt. I've seen players shove other players off a cliff just so they can get to kill a particular monster and get the points for it rather than work cooperatively.

I was looking for some free gametype (without teams, just like Deathmatch, Damage Match, Darkmatch, Dead Man Standing etc.)
