need map pack help

there are these two maps in the map pack.

SP-01-UTR-Unforchers
SP-02-UTR-Unforchers

I am not sure how the above lines are supposed to look to enable them into mapvotela13.

I didn't know this mapvotela13 before you said that. I had a very short look at it and it seems that it is because these are two SinglePlayer maps...
You can play them with usaar33's oldskool.

Those are single player maps... aren't they?
type in the console 'open SP-01-UTR-Unforchers' and you'll play them right away.

They will play via mapvote on a server, but you need to load oldskool to make them render. I've got an ini from a NaPali server I had lying around somewhere. I'll see if I can find it. KillerBee also runs an oldskool SP server and could share his lines too if I don't find mine.

if it is on server and somebody votes for it will it be a coop games were several people play together?
