Just save the posted picture, convert it to tga and import it. It takes 0 effort and 1 minute of time.

Hm??? ... filehorst is a German trusted uploader. What browser do you use? Oh wait ...I uploaded the utx directly maybe this is the problem.

if the laptop I use for Ued wasn't a complete piece of **** then yes i would! If I open photoshop on it to convert the picture It may explode!
I followed the link on my mobile browser. tried a few times but keep getting one of those fake "you have a virus" popup
currently don't have a better pc to work from! Suppose i could do it work, but I'm a bit busy

You can convert it to bmp with PAINT.

I meant tga for transparency reasons, but you can do it with bmp and just mask everything I guess.

you can't convert it to an adaptive 256 colour palette though, so the colour quality would be awful! iv converted it at work now anyway so problem solved!

Ok, two questions:
1. @sektor, why converting the PNG when I created a working UTX already?
2. @staff-crew ...WHY I'm the only one who can't upload stuff to this thread??
I thought this was a global problem but sektor could upload his files.

@papercoffee ... sorry man, gonna have to lookinto it... I remember before I became mod I also couldn't use attachments on certain threads. Gonna have to look into this later.
I'll put the batch on the 1st post tomorrow, with some download mirrors for the utx file

I read previous posts about troubles, well... I don't have many (except some black around - I should see UTX and for which reasons I have black around circle)...

How I would do this
· Convert the logo and texture you want to put it on to .png & True Color.
· Using transparency, place the logo over the texture.
· Convert the now logo'd texture to .pcx & 256 colors.
It always works when I do it, no muss and no smudges.

hi gecko can you please add me to participant list. I am making a map and this time I promise download size will be under 25 MB and I will use 128x128 textures instead of 4096x4096. Also i will use around 5 files this time instead of 20

I downloaded german UTX
and then I dropped it in MyLevel - very cute and no flaws. Also in game it do looks nice, no complaints.
Now attention, please - see textures packed by Funky, I gotta admit some of them blocked me in Editor for more than half an hour being really nice. I couldn't stop looking at them, they are good for MyLeveling too.
