But 2 lines of pixels is all you need. :wink:
Pick one of the lines, the one which is supposed to be in the shade, and just decrease it's brightness to about 50% or 66%. You will likely notice the difference right away.

Well. I'm on 'bout 60%. Most of the map will be rushed, so I won't be able to get it's potential worked out. :roll: :omfg:

It's gettin' really ugly...

OK played this and I'm a fan. Good color scheme, nice atmosphere, the map flows well from area to area. Placements are spread out and there's plenty of opportunity to engage z-axis. The only problem was the constant water sound made me need to pee (but then again I'm 50 so that's almost always there). This is a well done, solid map with nice extras like the upstairs buildings.

BTW I flew up there and you have a good opportunity to make another level of play in that area if you choose to keep developing this. It's worth it.

Played the map with 8 bots while I watched. It was a good and decent thing, up until the map crashed and locked my system.

I had to reboot.

Also, I never heard the music.

Did I speak about textures imported with other Editor incompatible with default D3D from UT ? I'm asking because sometimes I have a sudden amnesia :ironic:.

You can update video drivers at least to D3D9 and try again.

It has never crashed for me with D3D. Lighting is much better there as well.
The constant waterfall sound was there fom the beginning. I just love to hear it. :'D
Music is in UMX. It's there. It's new. It sounds awesome. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY DOES IT NOT WORK THERE!

It's a custom map my friend Kajgue showed me, but I couldn't use it first, since he didn't remember the exact place he got it from, so I had to look for the original autho and ask him if I can use it. I did.

Play the map with defeault weapons for the first time.
I had no time to make it "Chaos-friendly".
And there's a bunch of spots I tried to be unique. Like the pottery stuffed with vials. And the ones that fell and all the vials got scattered 'round.

Just tried to play the music with the player in UnrealEd.

It's completely blank. Not even a tiny sound to it.

I doubt it, i opened up the Umx With an impulse tracker program wich i used to make my levels and not o ly the samples are blank but there is no pattern placed in the music track... my guess would be a currupt or incorrect file

I'm not trying to sound like "that guy" but contest entries need to be locked in their submission forms. If everyone just keeps updating then in effect the contest deadline is being extended. That's not fair (no offense MMU). Further updates should not be allowed until the maps are judged.
