A couple of issues I've noticed :-
1 Some ammo 'fell out of the world' (I use CS weapons so I'm not sure what the UT ammo is - it's certainly sniper ammo and perhaps enforcer clips? Looks to be at the start of the map?);

2 I finished the map and noticed the count indicated there were 7 monsters left. The MonsterEnd didn't finish the map so I ghosted back through and found 7 Skaarj Infantry types in and around the first room after one enters the complex itself. Looks like they wandered back through the teleporters after they had been activated. I couldn't use the lift to get back as, after it has gone down, it returns to the top and won't come down again - this means there is no way for people to get back up should they wish to for any reason;

3 The teleporters (shown in your last-but-one screenshot) take one back to various points earlier in the map but they don't appear to work in reverse - I couldn't use the teleporter to get back after getting rid of the Skaarj I found in the first room.

1. As I check - no any ammo originally fell out the world.

2. You can go defenders teleports for return back.

3. It is defender teleports. So they work on one way.
