Re: CTF-XV-LavaGiant
1) Is there a trick to using guided missile from the Xchop? Because I can never seem to get it to lock onto flying monsters... or does it only work on other vehicles?
2) Given bots drive over the edge into the lava again and again, what about less jeeps and more helis?
Also, maybe park the jeeps around the sides, or in front, of the base and not directly behind... as bots tend to immediately drive into the base from the back, and they can't really maneuver in there.

Re: CTF-XV-LavaGiant
1. Lock only on flying vehicle.
2. Even people fall from it. So dumb bots OFC fall often.
v3
- Flat ways on low level for prevent jeeps stuck.
- Remove AlternatePaths for jump-up ways, because bots almost never equipped with boots.

Re: CTF-XV-LavaGiant
Just goofing, removed all jeeps and put in 8 helis total, but that was a bit much so went down to 4 total.

And brought back old friends, named Lord Buggie & Lord Ferali.

Re: CTF-XV-LavaGiant
Oh, hey... random thing you don't have to change but might want to.
On the original CTF-LavaGiant in the Red Castle there's a rocket pack but no rocket launcher. This has become something of a mapper's inside joke, as there's been lots of commentary on this over the years.
Whenever I edit a LavaGiant, I tend to put in the rocket launcher.
So, just thought I'd mention it.

Re: CTF-XV-LavaGiant
I think it's intentional EvilGrins, because there is a rocket launcher and rocket packs in one of the central paths.
I forgot if the Blue Base has a rocket pack somewhere in it. Probably not.

Never join a project that only has a web designer. You have your own ideas. Focus on them carefully and in small chunks and you will be able to develop cool projects."

Re: CTF-XV-LavaGiant
I apologize if it's inappropriate to ask here, but how did you "stretch" LavaGiant like this? I'm having some trouble finding a guide of some sort explaining how to do this and I'd love to experiment with some other maps by stretching them out for vehicles.

Tool MapScale. You can scale on each axis independently. But be ready for troubles after any scale. Anyway need a lot of work after.
