The blue shit is later the water level. Walkable island is less than 16384² units.

Sadly enough the map won`t end up with a low file size. So all you 300 kb maps only -freaks. Nothing to see here. Since I do not want to have a bsp mess once again, I fake details with help of textures more than last time.

Later skybox and first impressions of "lighting". There will be a rather smooth transisition from beach to ocean ground to skybox (ground).

Not really a map, but I thought I'd post this as a tribute for Myth's awesome planet texture.

This looks like an Idea of mine, where you fight in space ...with the Venom-X ...It would be a domination-map.

It's gonna be a skybox for a formerly city-themed NR map formerly known as NR-Huxley, after I finish setting it up. I'm gonna litter it with more meshes and pimp up the visuals, then attach it to Huxley, (which is redesigned into a race track built into an asteroid/space station hybrid), and hopefully, in some fine time in the future, we'll be ready with enough maps to release our mod.

Regarding how it's made, it's just transparent sheet overlay surrounding the skyzone with a nebulae cubemap, behind that the planet texture courtesy of Myth and some lighting. Very simple, really.

Thanks for your interest. Right now I have a uhm "how can I proceed" problem. And actually specially for this map I will require something from the upcoming Oldunreal 227 dev-build (which still is not available as it seems) which I have to test first, if it works for UT at all.
