Started yesterday on a idea for a ctf map.

Playing around with some architectural ideas, and combining ideas from other maps ito one ctf map.

Hope i will finish this one though, seems I tend to start something, get bored with it and start something new..

This is pretty much the outside area without any tweaking or pathing, just geometrics and the basic floor planning.

Right now, it looks solid.
I'm interested to see the inside of the bases.

I played CTF-AMC-FW3final just recently, very impressive work and this one is looking promising already. The attention to the architecture is really paying off.

I actually have two to post here.

Here's a shot of a map currently in the works. The map's title is Twilightwood Hideout, and it is a Flag Domination map. Flag Domination is essentially Domination and Capture the Flag combined, in case you haven't heard of it before. In Flag Domination, there are (usually) three flags in the map, and the flags have designated spots for the red team and the blue team to capture.

And here's also a WiP shot for CTF-Skywarp. Like with CTF-Starscream, I revamped the layout, tossing out what I originally had in mind for a new layout; one which, in my opinion, is better looking. Still the same concept, though: a space station in orbit around Earth.

I do plan to finish both maps, but I have no set date for when they will be finished.

Would either of them be for the contest, per chance? ;)

Possibly, if I decide to enter the contest. I don't know if I will or not.

Finally, I have something to show :D

Small and simple 1on1, tho might expand it a bit downstairs, will experiment and see, skybox is temporary (maybe) still would say about 40% done (I suck at DM layouts lol).

Main thing is that wrecking ball to which you can jump down to a balcony (might get to more than 1 if I expand) and that crane would have a sniper for some sniping, though low bullet count to not make it too OP, access by a jumppad behind the ramp, and probably a teleporter or something.

Slowly but eventually hoping to finish this one, got hooked on it haha.
