Start the map with practice mod and jump from the slipping ice area you will understand

Record video. I not see anything unusual when jump anywhere. locally or not. I play a lot on map locally and on server, before release it.

Take a screenshot, if it's shaking the shot will be at an odd angle.

I removed Brush5 from the map and it got resolved.

Brush5 is portal which split volumes and make ice zone. You just remove ice zone with slippery friction. It is not solution. It is ruin map, since it game relevant key element.
You can also delete ice zone actor or set friction same as usual - this too must "fix" your issue.

I just removed this for testing purpose, I need to know what's the issue.

Something related to zone with changed friction. Near ice located zone with low friction for make ice slippery.

There is an invisible obstacle close to PathNode213 when coming from ice. When coming from land you can walk in the air (I summoned a WoodenBox on the ground there). The obstacle is better to notice without vehicle.

Yes. Known issue. It related to complicated BSP. Unfortunately I can't fix it.
However it not affect gameplay.
